Every time we choose by the Spirit’s power to agree with God in word or deed, submitting the desires of corrupted flesh to the incorruptible Word of God,
we join Jesus in His Crucifixion of sin and death
by agreeing with Him that it is done in us.
Our cross follows His in a deliberateness that grows from increasing conviction that life is best spent in serving not oneself, but the highest good of all.
It is the only way to realize any lasting positive return on investment in life.
The result: Life… Abundant life… All-around more abundant life…
