Come let us bow down in worship, let us bow before the LORD our Maker; 7bfor he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. (Psalm 95:6-7)

2Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. (Psalm 100:2)

1It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High, proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, (Psalm 92:1-2)

1Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts. (Psalm 148:1-2)

20Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. 21Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul. (Psalm 103:20-22)

1Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. (Psalm 103:1)

1Praise the LORD. Praise the name of the LORD; praise him, you servants of the LORD, 2you who minister in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of the LORD. 3Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good; sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant. (Psalm 135:1-3)

1Praise the LORD, all you servants of the LORD who minister by night in the house of the LORD. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the LORD. (Psalm 134:1-2)

1Praise the LORD, you his servants;praise the name of the LORD. 2Let the name of the LORD be praised, both now and forevermore. 3From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised. (Psalm 113:1-3)

3Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars. 4Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for at his commanded they were created, (Psalm 148:3-5)

25In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 26They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing you will change them and they will be discarded. 27But you remain the same, and your years will never end. (Psalm 102:25-27)

13Be exalted in your strength, LORD; we will sing and praise your might. (Psalm 21:13)

4Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the LORD. (Psalm 68:4)

3Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. (Psalm 145:3)

10All your works praise you, LORD; your faithful people extol you. (Psalm 145:10)

1I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. 2I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. (Psalm 34:1-2)

22I will declare your holy name to my people; in the assembly I will praise you. (Psalm 22:22)

2I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame. (Psalm 138:2)

2Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever. (Psalm 145:2)

2I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. (Psalm 146:2)

14May these words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. (Psalm 19:14)

15Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise –the fruit of lips that openly confess his name. (Hebrews 13:15)

29Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. (Psalm 118:29)

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
(
Psalm 150:6)

PRAYER OF PRAISE

Holy God, my mouth offers prayers of praise, but they fall short of the honor due Your Glory. My hands are raised to You in praise, but they fall short of the honor due Your Glory. My voice sings songs of praise, but it also falls short of the honor due Your glory. Only by offering the love back to You that You have placed in my heart can I begin to rightly honor You with my life. My voice and my body let me down, but my spirit rejoices in communion with You. The thankfulness and joy within me overflow, and my mouth offers praise to You in words that are incomplete. You, God, cannot be expressed in words. Your glory is like no other. Your Holiness is beyond description. We bow before Your Holy Throne and worship You alone. You are our God, and we praise Your Holy Name, that You have chosen us to be Your people. All of Your people give thanks to You, our God, for You alone are good. Your love endures forever.

Amen and amen.
